By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

Product information

We make every effort to describe our products accurately and to provide up-to-date information. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Typographical errors, pricing errors, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur. No rights may be derived from such errors.

Ordering and payment

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received. Available payment methods, offered via Shopify Payments, may vary depending on the country from which the order is placed. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available in their location.

Processing and delivery

• Dispatch time: 1 to 3 working days
• Estimated shipping time after dispatch: 1 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery location
• Orders may be shipped directly from our supplier in China
• Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country
• All delivery timeframes are estimates only; delays caused by busy periods, public holidays, or customs procedures do not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation or a refund

Returns and cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellation is not possible if the order is already being processed. A refund or chargeback may not be initiated before the item has been delivered and received.

Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping where tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. Our liability is limited, in all cases, to a maximum of the purchase price of the relevant item.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery details are entered correctly at the time of ordering.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Nora Norwich and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Complaints procedure

Complaints may be submitted in writing via info@noranorwich.co.uk. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

For complaints relating to size, damage, or quality, please always include clear photos and a description of the issue.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
