We aim to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you will find important information about our shipping and delivery policy.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email.
Delivery time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, or due to customs procedures.
Shipping method and origin
To reduce waste and lower CO2 emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China. Depending on the destination country, customs duties and taxes may apply. Our shipping partner is Royal Mail.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the weight of your order, the destination, and the selected shipping method.
Tracking and customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking information via our website and the link provided by email.
Please note:
- You are responsible for checking whether your parcel will be delivered to your home address or to a collection point.
- If the parcel is delivered to a collection point, you are responsible for collecting it in time.
- If delivery is taking longer than expected, or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us first at info@noranorwich.co.uk before initiating a chargeback or refund request.
Responsibility during shipping
If the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility passes to the customer.
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly. Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing info@noranorwich.co.uk.
